
In this two hour workshop you will learn the basic principles of yoga, pranayama ( breath work), yoga pose modifications, safety in yoga and the use of yoga props to help during practice. This workshop is designed to provide you with tools to begin your yoga journey and prevent/ avoid injuries as well as give you a confidence boost to come to any yoga class and reap the benefits. This workshop is for everyone not just beginners, even advanced yogis can benefit from this workshop and learn more about many types of yoga and its connection to mind and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat and blocks if you own them( we have plenty at the studio). Cost is $25 for the whole workshop. Please register to reserve your spot.
