This month is Yoga Awareness Month and also the Fall Equinox. We will have an hour long adult like yoga class and then have snacks, balancing games, and share about the changing of the seasons and how yoga can be a part of our daily lives. Cost is $25.

In this Kids Yoga/Parents' Night we will spend our time exploring yoga poses, breath exercises and balancing challenges and share how yoga can be a part of our daily lives. We will also explore the Fall Equinox when day and night are almost equal in length. Snacks and mindfulness activities will be part of our evening while parents have dinner out, take a break and spend some time together. $25 per child, 12 spots available.

Fire Flow is a dynamic hot power yoga class designed to ignite your strength, stamina, and focus. Set in a heated room, this vigorous vinyasa-style flow builds internal heat through powerful sequences, breathwork, and mindful movement. Expect a challenging, sweat-inducing practice that leaves you energized, grounded, and glowing from the inside out.
In this class there will be 30 minutes of gentle yoga poses to warm up the body and some pranayama to get us started (movement) and the last 30 minutes we will settle into longer holding yin poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks to allow melting and soothing the nervous system (melt). All followed by savasana.
Join Katherine for a yummy vinyasa class to get you moving and stretched out. There will be a tiny bit of core work, a little bit of balancing and a juicy savasana at the end. Lots of movement, but gentle and kind to the body is what this class is all about. You will leave feeling connected and open.
A warm, gentle vinyasa yoga flow designed for both beginners, as well as experienced yogis! A long warm up and a 5 minute savasana at the end. Poses will connect you to your breath through a flowing sequence to improve awareness, flexibility, balance and core strength. The class will include a long warm-up and will encourage you to feel the pose and explore movement without judgment. Flow With It will most definitely reset you mentally and physically.
Budokon Yoga is a movement practice that combines and blends martial arts, calisthenics, and yoga movement emphasizing the flow and connectivity of movement in 7 sections. The 7 sections consists of slow and controlled movement designed to improve the elements of mobility, agility, flexibility and strength. The techniques are learned through repetition and the emphasis is on the transitions from posture to posture. This intro class is accessible for all levels.
Add light handheld weights or bands to your yoga workout to increase resistance training. Bring a towel and water & get your sweat on!
Heated Power Flow - An energetic and powerful practice that will recharge your batteries, and cleanse and detox the body. This class is a fitness-based flow linking the breath with movement. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina. Don’t let the name fool you - if you can breath and move then this class could be just what you looking for. Just show up, be open to the practice and you might surprise yourself. At Elements, we like to remind ourselves that we are coming to yoga practice, not yoga perfect. This hour long all levels Vinyasa Flow takes place in a heated room. Bring your water bottle, a towel and the willingness to move your body.

A nurturing class focused on the calming benefits of restorative and yin postures, and myofascial release techniques to support your active lifestyle and alleviate pain and discomfort. Class will begin with poses to move energy and gently stretch the connective tissue. Next, you will fall into a state of deep relaxation with restorative postures with longer holds supported by props. These postures help to soften and stretch the muscles and rehydrate the connective tissues, resulting in increased mobility and reduced pain. You’ll leave feeling like you just had a massage - blissed out and at ease in body and mind!
Wake up your body in the all levels class that focuses on mind, body, breath and connection to create a meditation in motion. All levels are welcome and options for beginners to experts are offered in every class. Benefits of a regular yoga class include spinal health, improved balance and posture as well as increased flexibility and range of motion. This class will leave you energized and balanced from the inside out. The studio is heated to ~82 °F while we flow with our breath.
Find your strength and flexibility in the element of heat! Be prepared to sweat as you link movement and breath in this 60 minute workout at ~90 °F. It is the world's greatest ultra-low impact cardio and aerobic workout. The class is accessible for beginners, yet challenging for experienced yogis. Benefits include increasing bone density, reducing stress, reducing blood glucose levels and nourishing the skin.
If you've never been to a hot class, we recommend trying our warm vinyasa first. Although suitable for every level, this class can sometimes be overwhelming! If you're unsure, please speak with the teacher before class.

Find a moment of peace and gentle movement in the middle of the week. A regular flow of functional movement and poses that strengthen and improve flexibility.
Heated Power Flow - In this class we will warm up flowing from pose to pose gradually building up to a peak pose of balance. Power poses and vinyasa sequencing will finish with deep stretches and hip openers before a 10 minute savasana. Modifications will be offered as needed.

In this healing hot stone restorative yoga workshop limited to 5 people only, we will use bolsters, blankets, blocks and hot stone massage to rest deeply, soothe the parasympathetic nervous system, meditate and end with yoga Nidra savasana. There will be some optional aroma therapy as well. If you have been going non stop in this season of letting go and need to rest, rejuvenate and reset, this workshop is for you. Space is limited to dedicate time to each student with assists and kindness. Investment $40
