A warm, gentle vinyasa yoga flow designed for both beginners, as well as experienced yogis! A long warm up and a 5 minute savasana at the end. Poses will connect you to your breath through a flowing sequence to improve awareness, flexibility, balance and core strength. The class will include a long warm-up and will encourage you to feel the pose and explore movement without judgment. Flow With It will most definitely reset you mentally and physically.
