Budokon Yoga

Budokon Yoga is a movement practice that combines and blends martial arts, calisthenics, and yoga movement emphasizing the flow and connectivity of movement in 7 sections. The 7 sections consists of slow and controlled movement designed to improve the elements of mobility, agility, flexibility and strength. The techniques are learned through repetition and the emphasis is on the transitions from posture to posture. This intro class is accessible for all levels.
