Your Path to Becoming a Confident, Certified Yoga Teacher

You feel the call to share yoga — but maybe you're wondering if you're ready, if the training will be in-depth enough, or if you can fit it into your life.

Our teacher training program was designed for exactly where you are right now. Whether you're a dedicated practitioner looking to deepen your knowledge or someone ready to step into the role of teacher, this program meets you with warmth, structure, and genuine depth.

You'll leave not just certified — but transformed. With a solid foundation in asana, philosophy, anatomy, and the art of teaching, you'll step into the studio with real confidence and a community behind you.

In this training you will learn...

Asana & Alignment

Master the physical postures with a deep understanding of biomechanics, safe alignment principles, and modifications for all bodies. You'll learn to teach with precision and compassion.

Yoga Philosophy

Explore the ancient texts, the eight limbs of yoga, and the spiritual foundations that give your teaching authentic depth — beyond just the physical postures.

Teaching Methodology

Develop your unique teaching voice. Learn how to sequence a class, give clear cues, read a room, and create transformative experiences for your students from day one.

Anatomy & Physiology

Understand how the body moves, breathes, and heals. This module gives you the knowledge to keep students safe and to adapt your teaching for diverse needs and abilities.

Transform Your Practice. Transform Your Life.

Seats in each cohort are intentionally limited to ensure every student receives personal attention and mentorship. When they're gone, they're gone.

You Won't Walk This Path Alone

One of the most powerful things about our training is the community you become part of. Your cohort becomes your support system — during training and for years to come.

You'll practice together, grow together, and hold space for each other through the challenges and breakthroughs that come with deep learning. Many of our graduates say the friendships formed in training are among the most meaningful of their lives.

This is yoga as it was always meant to be experienced: in relationship, in community, with purpose.
