Welcome to Elements of Yoga!

Everything we do in this life has an element of connection, transformation and inspiration.  Yoga is one element in developing a whole life perspective.

Our mission at Elements of Yoga is to help find your yoga practice.  We offer a community space to learn, explore, and experience yoga. We strive to meet you where you are on your unique journey and practice. We believe that all levels benefit from the physical practice of yoga and the mental and emotional healing that many people experience on the mat.

Our teachers are at least 200hr trained through a Yoga Alliance approved school or enrolled in a 200hr course. Our goal as a teaching community is to nurture your practice and challenge you to find your edge each time.  Our teachers have varied backgrounds giving our members a diverse approach to the practice.  

We offer a variety of classes with modifications for all levels and for anyone looking to improve both mental and physical well-being.
